Digital Print

Digital Print is an inkjet-based method of printing directly onto the fabric. The benefit of digital printing is that it can print almost any design on most types of fabrics. Digital Print can print artwork in high resolution, details, and unlimited colors, making printing cost-effective.

EvoXgear uses Digital Printing as the default printing method for artworks with more than four colours.

DTF Printing

DTF stands for Direct To Film. This technique involves printing your design directly onto a film and then transferring it to clothing made of cotton, polyester, or blends, regardless of color, as it can work with white ink. A significant advantage of this technique is that the white ink layer is printed simultaneously with the colored ink. This feature makes it a straightforward alternative to other methods, such as white toner. EvoXgear has a house facility for DTF printing.

Vinyl Printing

Vinyl clothing printing, often known as vinyl heat transfer, is a process that involves a machine that cuts out designs and letters. These designs and letters are done on pieces of colored vinyl. Then, a heat press is utilized to transfer each piece of vinyl onto the material. EvoXgear has this facility in their factory for its customers and to save time.

Sublimation

Sublimation is a process where dye pigment is printed onto a transfer medium and then applied to the fabric or garment using heat and pressure. This method enables the inks to penetrate the fabric fully to create a permanent, full-color image without a hand feel. Sublimation print can produce artwork in full color, high-quality photographic print results, and is resistant to scratching or cracking. EvoXgear uses Dye Sublimation printing as the default printing method or printing on polyester fabrics.

Screen Painting

As the name implies, Screen Print uses screens as stencils for applying layers of inks onto the print surface. It is the most cost-effective method for printing artwork on bulk garments with high-quality results. Screen Prints are very durable and last long, even after multiple washes. Each screen can only be used for one color at a time, and for artworks with more than four colors, screen printing will not be cost-efficient due to the high set-up costs of having screens made. At EvoXgear, we offer several types of screen printing: Water-Based Ink and plastisol- based Ink Screen Print. Scroll further for more info..

Plastisol-Based Ink Screen Print

Plastisol-based Inks Screen Printing is our default screen printing method for printing on dark-colored fabrics.

Plastisol-based inks are a PVC-based type of ink that is cured at high temperatures for it to set.

They offer long-lasting and the best color results and can be easily matched with Pantone or PMS colors. Plastisol inks will leave a thin film over the fabric, which can be felt by hand and has a thicker feel as compared to water-based ink screen print.

Water-Based Ink Screen Print

Water-Based Ink Screen Print: Water-based Inks Screen Printing is our default screen printing method for printing on light-colored fabrics.

These inks have pigment embedded in a water-based solvent, making it an eco-friendly printing method.

Water-based ink Screen Prints offer an ultra-soft hand feel, as the inks are actually absorbed into the fabrics.

Metallic Foil Screen Print

Metallic Foil Screen Printing is similar to metallic inks but with a shiny appearance. It can only be printed on natural fabrics and is limited to 1 color per artwork.

Foil print will fade over time with multiple washes as they are applied using adhesives and foil. All foil-printed designs should be washed inside out to prolong the longevity of the print.

Embroidery – Direct On Garment

Embroidery – Patch

___________________________________________________

Embroidery: Embroidery decorates fabric or other materials with thread or yarn applied with a needle.

Other materials, such as pearls, beads, quills, and sequins, may be used in embroidery. In current times, embroidery is commonly seen on hoodies, trousers, T-shirts, Polo’s, sweatshirts, sweatpants, caps, hats, coats, overlays, blankets, dress shirts, jeans, dresses, stockings, scarves, and golf shirts. Embroidery comes in a variety of thread or yarn colors. It is frequently used to personalize gifts or clothing.

Direct on Garment: Direct embroidery entails attaching the embroidered design directly to the clothing, cap, bag, or whatever else you choose. Whether you incorporate logos, text, or graphics, the design gets

embedded into the shirt and becomes a part of it..

Patch Embroidery: The term “patch embroidery” is self-explanatory. Patch embroidery is not embroidered directly onto the material. It is ironed or sewn onto the fabric before being pressed or sewn into place.

Custom patches can also be applied with the help of special adhesives. This means patch embroidery may be swiftly removed from one item and replaced with another without wasting time or causing harm. Patches will also include a finer detail, which means you get a versatile, durable design that can be applied to any garment you choose. Patches may easily be applied and removed, making them accessible to everyone.
